Dr. Rick is the President and CEO of MindWay International, LLC a consulting firm that seeks to educate organizations, companies and individuals through counseling, consulting and coaching. His expertise spans more than twenty-eight (28) years as a Licensed Psychotherapist, College Professor, Certified Clinician and Criminal Justice advisor. He is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor for three (3) Florida Board Disciplines: Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Dr. Rick is a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator. He is also a local and national conference speaker and consultant for Orange County Public Schools.
